Services We Provide
» Engineering
Engineering is a key driver of human development, expertise and experience.Heveco is making connections between engineering and art; Heveco is involved direct in some fields, for example, architecture, zoning plans, landscape architecture and civil & industrial design, HVAC and infrastructure.
» Project Management
The primary challenge of Heveco project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived constraints. Typical constraints are scope, time, and budget. The secondary and more ambitious challenge is to optimize the allocation and integrate the inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives.
» Design and Development Planning
During the design and development planning, Heveco determine:
- the design and development stages;
- the review, verification and validation that are appropriate to each design and development stage;
- the responsibilities and authorities for design and development.
Heveco manage the interfaces between different groups involved in design and development to ensure effective communication and clear assignment of responsibility.
» Asset Management
Heveco asset management is a process that guides the gaining of assets, along with their use and disposal in order to make the most of the assets and their potential throughout the life of the assets.
While doing this, Heveco also manages and maintains any costs and risks associated with the assets. It is not something you can buy, but rather a discipline you must follow in order to maintain your assets.
» Value Engineering
Value Engineering is not a design/peer review or a cost-cutting exercise. Heveco makes a creative, organized effort, which analyzes the requirements of a project for the purpose of achieving the essential functions at the lowest total costs (capital, staffing, energy, maintenance) over the life of the project. Through a group investigation, using experienced, multi-disciplinary teams, value and economy are improved through the study of alternate design concepts, materials, and methods without compromising the functional and value objectives of the client.
- Producing contract documents including the bill of quantities
- Analyzing complex projects into manageable work packages
- Planning and controlling cost
- Valuing work in progress and exercising cost control during construction
- Evaluating tender bids and contractual arrangements
- Preparing valuations for insurance purposes and advising on insurance claims
- Sub contract documentation
- Settlement of final accounts
- Advice and settlement of contractual disputes and claims
- Advising on taxation grant and financial matters
- Schedule resources
- Planning and programming design and construction work
- Use of network analysis techniques
- Project and construction management
The following tasks are undertaken by Quantity Surveyors, and are involved in value engineering practice:
- Preparing and administering maintenance programs.
- Forecasting expenditure flows.
- Advising on cost limits and preparing budgets.
- Advising on Cash Flow Forecasting.
- Advising on Life Cycle Costing.
- Cost Analysis.
- Cost benefit Analysis.
- Estimating
- Evaluating alternative designs.
- Undertaking feasibility Studies.
- Investment Appraisal
- Measuring and describing construction work but only in terms of cost planning.
» Cost Planning
Heveco is developing cost planning and cost control, typically for buildings, which enables the cost of a scheme to be monitored during design development.
Heveco:
- Ensures that the tender amount is close to the first estimate, or that any likely difference between the two is anticipated and is acceptable.
- Ensures that the money available for the projects is allocated consciously and economically to the various components and finishes.
- Always involves the measurement and pricing of approximate quantities at some stage of the process.
- Aims to achieve good value at the desired level of expenditure.
Elemental cost planning is often referred to as ‘designing to a cost’ or ‘target cost planning’ since a cost limit is fixed for the scheme and the architect must then prepare a design not to exceed this cost.
» Project Control
Heveco established project controlling as an independent function in project management. It implements verification and controlling function during the processing of a project in order to reinforce the defined performance and formal goals. The tasks of project controlling are also:
- the creation of infrastructure for the supply of the right information and its update
- the establishment of a way to communicate disparities of project parameters
- the development of project information technology based on an intranet or the determination of a project key performance index system (KPI)
- divergence analyses and generation of proposals for potential project regulations
- the establishment of methods to accomplish an appropriate the project structure, project workflow organization, project control and governance
- creation of transparency among the project parameters
» Facilities Management
Heveco maintains and develops the agreed services which support and improve the effectiveness of it’s clients primary activities.” According to European standards the scope of FM of Heveco is ‘Space & Infrastructure’ (planning, design, workplace, construction, lease, occupancy, maintenance, furniture, cleaning, etc.) and ‘People & Organisation’ (catering, ICT, HRM, HS&S, accounting, marketing, hospitality, etc.).
» Real Estate Services
Heveco has excellent references in the business of real estate; buying, selling or renting land, buildings or housing.
» Master Plans
» Urban Planning and Regulations
Heveco integrates land use planning and transportation planning to improve the built, economic and social environments of communities. Regional planning deals with a still larger environment, at a detailed level.
» Arhitecture
